If you are infected by an infection, you can be treated with antibiotics and other medicines. But, if you aren’t, you can be treated in a more difficult way to diagnose! Besides taking treatment, you have to follow the rules: Firstly, you have to avoid caffeine and alcoholic beverages. Secondly, you have to eat low fiber foods. Thirdly, you must drink clean fluids to prevent dehydration. And finally, you have to control food portions to avoid overeating.
